- Cancellation requests will be processed immediately, and your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No cancellation fees or penalties will be applied when you choose to discontinue our service.
No Questions Asked Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our TaskEdge platform. If you are not completely satisfied with our service for any reason, we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy.
Simply contact our Customer Service team at contact@taskedge.io within 30 days of your subscription start date, and we will process your refund without requiring any explanation or justification.

We will work diligently to resolve any technical problems and may offer service credits or refunds for extended outages or unresolved issues that affect your productivity.
Feature Availability and Service Changes

Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription period, calculated from the date of your refund request.
